What is Afterpay?
Afterpay is a service that allows you to make purchases now and pay for them in four payments made every 2 weeks without interest. The first payment is made at checkout.

How do I use Afterpay?
When shopping online, simply add items to your shopping bag and check out as normal. At the checkout, choose Installments with Afterpay as your payment method. First-time customers will need to register with Afterpay and provide payment details. Returning customers simply log in to make their purchases. It’s that easy!
Please note, all items in your shopping bag must be eligible for payment with Afterpay and the total amount of your order must be between $1 CAD and $2,000 CAD. See below for eligible products.

Can I use Afterpay if I’m an international customer?
Afterpay is only offered to our customers who have a Canadian billing address, Canadian shipping address, a Canadian Visa or Mastercard (credit or debit card), and a Canadian mobile phone number. Customers with international billing addresses, shipping addresses, and/or phone numbers will not be able to set up an account with Afterpay.

When will my items be delivered if I use Afterpay?
Afterpay orders will be delivered in the same timeframe as if you had paid without Afterpay at checkout. Your order will be picked, packed and shipped as normal with our standard shipping timelines.

Is there a limit to how much I can spend on a single transaction?
Yes, your total order amount must be between $1 CAD and $2,000 CAD (before tax and after discounts) to use Afterpay on holipp.com.

Can I combine Afterpay with a gift card?
At this time, you can’t combine a gift card with Afterpay for the same order.

How does the payment schedule work?
When using Afterpay, you must make your first payment at the time of purchase. The remaining three payments are then deducted from your chosen payment method every two weeks in equal installments. If you would like to make additional unscheduled payments before they are due, you may log in to Afterpay to make your payments early. Afterpay will then adjust the amount owed accordingly.

Will I be advised when payments are taken?
You will be notified when your payment is due as well as when it’s been collected by email.

What if I can’t pay an Afterpay installment?

Can I go pick up items?
Currently, we do not have a storefront. To keep costs and overhead low for all of our valued customers, currently, we only sell online.

Do I have to pay import duty?
There is an extremely low chance that customs charge extra fees.
Anyway, customs policies vary widely from country to country. Orders shipped outside of the EU may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees. You may also be required to provide an identification number.

How much are the shipping costs?
Right now, all packages are prepared in Germany and sent out to their destination countries. Delivery costs, therefore, vary according to country, weight, and the chosen shipping method. We are offering free shipping to USA/Canada for all saving packs.
After you put an item in the shopping cart click on “proceed to checkout” and the shipping charges will be displayed. -
My order is late or lost, what can I do?
In the rare case of your package is delayed or lost, please note that we will have to contact the carrier to start an investigation. It may take up to 20 days to complete the investigation. Once we have the claim confirmation from the carrier, we will gladly issue you a refund.

My order arrived and boxes are open/damaged! What can I do?
We are terribly sorry! We can assure you the products left our warehouse in a perfect state. Unfortunately, packages are sometimes damaged during their journey, but unless your sealed package of formula was accidentally opened as well, damage to the box is only cosmetic.
Inspect all the individual pouches. If none are leaking formula, then it is safe. You can take a bucket of water and submerge the pouch for further inspection. If there are no bubbles then the pouch is still 100% airtight.
If you received a badly damaged package, it’s necessary to report it to the delivery man and take pictures of the damage. Otherwise, the delivery organizations will deny compensation. Please also don’t hesitate to contact us and report the damage. We will then take care of it as quickly as possible.

When will I receive my order?
We know that receiving your shipment in a timely manner is of great importance to you because hungry babies can’t wait – so we do our best to ensure the quickest delivery times possible! Your package has a long way to go and we want to make sure that it arrives in good condition.
EXPEDITED SERVICE
After credit authorization and verification, you should expect to receive your order soon. For example, shipping to the US takes 4-5 business days. Canada 3-5 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays.
We are committed to doing all in our power to ensure your order arrives on time. However, please note shipping times are based on our experiences and can’t be guaranteed. Due to postal mishandling, customs authorities, or natural hindrances, in very exceptional cases delivery time may take longer. -
Why is there no update on my tracking information?
Tracking information may not update immediately in some cases however, please rest assured your item is on its way after you have received an email from us having your shipment tracking details. There may not be any updates available when the package is in transit between origin and destination country. The tracking information should pick up again once your packages reach your local country.
If your tracking status has not been updated for over 3 days, please contact us immediately and we will offer you further assistance.

Will my order be x-rayed or irradiated?
There is an extremely low chance your order will be x-rayed when it is processed through customs. However, none of the formulas is exposed to irradiation. Infant formula or cereals are not subject to irradiation. None of our products shipped overseas are getting irradiated no matter to which country they will be shipped.
Please note that irradiation and x-raying are two totally different things. Irradiation is a complex mechanism, that perishable products go thru to kill any potential germs or bacteria to prevent the spread of disease in the country where the product entering.
X-raying is a simple thing, just like when you go through an airport, everything that enters or exits in a country must be x-rayed. Even your handbags and luggage are X-rayed when entering through the airport or via sea route. It’s a simple process of customs clearance without opening boxes and physically testing.
X-ray machines do let off hints of radiation, but not enough to “hurt” the formula. The formula is NEVER irradiated.Please read this article for a better understanding of X-ray and irradiation. How the process happens, what are their purpose and intensity, etc?
